It’s my first time setting up a business. What type of company is best?
Depending on the type of economic activity, the number and composition of the partners, we recommend different types of companies, although in most cases the best company is a limited company. (S.L.)
What tax declarations must I present?
That depends on many factors and the economic activity that takes place in the company, but the most common declarations are IVA (VAT) – model 303 (if your activity is subject to tax), IRPF Retentions – model 111 (if you have employees o work with professionals that apply a retention), retentions on rents (if your activity takes place in a rented property) and segmented payments of the Impuesto de Sociedades (Corporate Tax) – model 202.
My business must present monthly declarations. Can your office do that?

In our business we have an administration department that does our accounting, we’re not sure it’s totally reliable.
