What fiscal and accounting obligations do I have as a self-employed worker?
Depending on your activity there are different modalities that lead to different monthly, quarterly and annual obligations. At RD we take care of all of that.
How often do I need to do fiscal declarations?
Self employed workers, just like all other businesses, must present fiscal declarations at least every quarter.
What declarations do I have to present?
That depends on many factors and your economic activity , but for self-employed workers and small and medium business the most common declarations are IVA (VAT) – model 303 (if your activity is subject to tax), IRPF Retentions – model 111 (if you have employees or work with professionals that apply a retention), retentions on rents (if your activity takes place in a rented property) and segmented payments of IRPF – 130 models.
Do I have to put together my own declarations?
No. Our team of professionals will put together all your tax declarations and we’ll hand them in to you so that you can manage the payment with your bank. If you prefer, we can take care of processing the payment with your bank.
It’s the first time I’ve started an activity and I don’t have any IT tools.
At RD we can provide you with an accounting program at a very low cost so that you can control the income and costs of your business. This way, we can obtain the information we need without you having to move a finger.
I don’t have any accountancy knowledge, how can I manage all my papers?
With the accounting program we give you, you only need to worry about your business. We put together your accounting from the information you provide us.
