In relation to the statements and comments made by this Insolvency Administration included in various news published in the media, as well as the incorrect interpretation and misuse of them by third parties and individuals, this Insolvency Administration wants to clarify the following:
The scope of the insolvency proceedings handled by this Insolvency Administration is limited to the companies that are listed on this same website, none of these companies having a relationship on the rights of use of any holiday resort. Therefore, any issue that refers to the rights of the members of the so-called “Club La Costa World” are completely foreign to this Insolvency Administration, nor may they affect their future rights in the form of fees, cancellations, exchanges, etc. It is therefore impossible that there can be any collaboration on our part with entities or individuals who wish to carry out any action regarding their vacation rights, since our action will be limited to safeguarding the interests of the creditors of the exclusively insolvent companies.
We have had knowledge of third parties who have contacted clients of “Club La Costa ” by telephone, offering them services from this Insolvency Administration or in collaboration with it: we can only add that these calls are fraudulent and without any relationship with this Insolvency Administration. Please, if you receive a call of this type, report any incident through the usual channels.
We trust that this clarification will serve to eliminate the doubts that third parties and publications may be generating in the members of this vacation club.
